2.Turn on the machine and set it to zero display “measurement problem”

Use distilled water for zero adjustment, when the above problems occur, it is usually because:

(1). The distilled water is not clean.

(2). There are air bubbles in the flow colorimetric cell, check whether the pipeline is damaged or whether the colorimetric cell leaks.

(3). If the inside of the mobile colorimetric cell is too dirty, soak it in 5% sodium hypochlorite for half an hour and then rinse it; if there is too much dust outside the mobile colorimetric cell, you should wipe it with lens tissue.

(4). The power supply of the quartz halogen lamp is taken out from the power switch. The power switch has three sets of connectors. One line supplies power to the host, one line is the power ground, and the other set supplies power to the lamp. Test that the set of joints is not conducting, remove and check Connector spring and power switch.

(5). Remove the optical filter, remove the glue with tweezers, take out the convex lens, install it on the machine, reset to zero, and troubleshoot.

(6). Even if the above work is done, the zero adjustment still fails. Remove the base of the colorimetric cell heater, open the cover of the silicon photodiode detection system, adjust the optical path, turn off the indoor light, place a piece of white paper on the front of the silicon photodiode, and move the colorimetric cell heater left and right At the same time, adjust the height adjustment screw under the colorimetric cell to carry out the zero adjustment operation. When the light is on, observe whether the light from the light is consistent with the position of the silicon photodiode, and adjust repeatedly until the zero adjustment is passed. Restart the zero adjustment , the above-mentioned fault still occurs. After careful observation, it is found that there is hot melt on the bottom of the heater base of the colorimetric cell. Hot melt, reinstalled for zero adjustment, and the fault disappeared.

3.After pressing the sample suction switch, the sample will not be sucked

First observe whether the pump is working, if not, check whether there is a signal from the suction switch, adjust the position of the top bead in the suction switch, and check whether the internal resistance of the pump is normal; secondly, check whether there is leakage or aging of the pump management, and then replace the pump If the above parts are normal, open the top cover of the machine and remove the flow colorimetric cell. If there is leakage in the flow colorimetric cell, use acid and alkali resistant, colorless adhesive for bonding, and wait for the adhesive to solidify , reinstall the flow cell.

4.The machine measurement result is incorrect

First use the following recommended cleaning agents to clean the flow cell and pipeline, and then test the standard tube. If the result is still incorrect, start the machine and check whether the heating block in the electronic temperature controller has voltage, whether the voltage is normal, and the power cord. Whether the connection is good or not, two different states of heating and cooling are produced by controlling the direction of the current flowing through the electronic components. When the current is forward, it is heating, and when it is reversed, it is cooling. If the heating block is damaged, replace the heating block. Pay attention when replacing Its directionality ensures that the heating block is in a heating state when the positive pressure is applied, otherwise the heating block may be burned; it may also be that the bulb is aging, and the bulb needs to be replaced, and the position of the bulb needs to be adjusted after replacement. 5.The printer does not print

First check whether the printing motor is normal, and then follow the cable to check whether the motor driver integrated circuit has a driving voltage when printing, if not, replace the motor driver integrated circuit, check whether the motor driver integrated circuit has a power supply voltage, if not, check the power circuit, The power supply voltage is normal. It is found that there is a drive triode between the power supply voltage stabilization block and the motor drive integrated circuit power supply. After testing the triode, it is found that there is a short circuit between electrodes. Replace the triode and restart the printer to print.
