2.RBC/WBC/PLT count error. You can first check whether the fault is caused by sample agglutination, and then check whether it receives noise, electromagnetic wave interference, or poor grounding. 3.WBC counting time is abnormal. When the counting time is too long, it may be because the counting hole is polluted, or it may be because the blood contains fibrin crystals and tiny aggregates that cause the hole to be blocked. When the counting time is too short, it may be due to the failure of the liquid circuit. 2.Anticoagulation: If the citrate anticoagulant is used for too long, crystallization will easily occur, and the cell morphology will easily change, which will affect the accuracy of the counting results; oxalate will easily cause platelet aggregation, which will change the morphology of white blood cells and affect the counting Results and classification; excessive heparin can easily cause leukocyte aggregation and thrombocytopenia; EDTA-2Na is less soluble than EDTA-2K, and the possibility of platelet aggregation is greater. 3.Dilution: Before use, the diluter and the suction tube should be calibrated, and the blood outside the suction tube should be completely wiped clean after use. It should be measured as soon as possible after blood dilution, otherwise it will easily cause “dilution hemolysis”.

4.Mixing: It is very important to mix before testing. If you use a non-rotating mixer, you should invert and mix at least 8 times.

5.Reagents: Blood analyzers have very strict requirements on reagents when used, requiring strict osmotic pressure standards, stable conductivity, high standards of purity, and no corrosion to instrument pipelines and valve circuits.
